A high-density, mixed-use urban development comprised of offices, retail, structured parking, and a variety of ground floor public spaces, designed by SWA, is accessorized with five unique water features of differing characters. The flagship fountain presents a kinetic sculpture of undulating, arching jets. To the north, tranquil water gardens incorporate indigenous flowering plantings and ‘Fish City’—an underwater geometrical enclave for exotic fish. Near the main avenue, two bosques of low shade trees affably shelter modular seating accessorized with maze-like runnels of glowing water. And a space of stepped terraces to the south of the project incorporates stepping stones and knee-high jets for interactive fun.
